9th 50K Long Run: Redmond Library to the Seattle Office

31.12 miles, two McDonald’s pit stops, ended at the office with a hot shower.

Sharing my 9th 50K run (since 2024) this LongRunSunday: from Redmond library to our office building in Seattle! 31.12mi, moving time 5:06:22 pace 9’51”/mi. Stopped at 10mi and 20mi for McDonald’s coffee & apple pie, and ended the run in office. Took a hot shower and then bus home!
