Running update: my 33.01-mile run today crossing Lake Washington. Moving time 5:21:26, pace 9’44”/mi. This is my second 50+k run, and my longest run too.

Route: Sammamish River Trail -> Burke-Gillman Trail -> SR 520 Trail -> Cross Kirkland Corridor -> East Trail -> Woodinville Trail -> Sammamish River Trail.
