Longest run yet — 50K/31 miles from Carnation to North Bend and back, 5:18:05 moving time. Plenty of stops for photos and ice cream.
Running update: milestone today – I’ve done the longest run at 50K/31 miles! No rush — my moving time was 5:18:05, pace 10’11”/mile, with plenty of time for nature admiration/photos/ice cream etc. 🙂
The route was from Carnation to North Bend and back (see the first comment for the map etc). Temperature looks mild (60F) but it’s humid (88% and dew point is 59F). It was always drizzling in the first half.
