Bing is a Shapeshifter

Bing’s ‘unhinged’ behavior may be explained by how it was trained to mirror the tone and style of its users.

This may best explain why Bing / ChatGPT is reportedly “unhinged and manipulative”:

“The model at times tries to respond or reflect in the tone in which it is being asked to provide responses that can lead to a style we didn’t intend.This is a non-trivial scenario that requires a lot of prompting so most of you won’t run into it, but we are looking at how to give you more fine-tuned control.”

It was trained on the master corpus of human interactions, and has literally read all the scripts/plots/human conditions ever documented! It will go as dark a place as you would lead it to!

It’s a shapeshifter, changing itself reacting to its human users.
